atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais que lhe confere o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/estatuto-ufsm-2010\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">art. 30 do Estatuto da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria<\/a> com as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es aprovadas pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-037-2010\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n\u00b0 037, de 30 de novembro de 2010<\/a>, aprovado pela Portaria n\u00b0 156, de 12 de mar\u00e7o de 2014, e publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o em 13 de mar\u00e7o de 2014, tendo em vista o disposto no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2019\/decreto\/d9739.htm\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">Decreto n\u00b0 9739, de 28 de mar\u00e7o de 2019<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-ufsm-n-054-2021\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n\u00b0 054, de 1 de junho de 2021<\/a>, e o que consta no Processo n\u00b0 <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/usuario\/processo\/documento.html?idDocumento=15597118\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">23081.131328\/2025-86<\/a>, resolve:<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"color: black\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"color: black\">Art. 1\u00b0&nbsp; Remanejar e alocar Cargos Comissionados no \u00e2mbito da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM).<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"color: black\">Art.&nbsp; 2\u00b0 &nbsp;Fica alocada 1 (uma) Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Gratificada (FG),&nbsp;n\u00edvel 1, c\u00f3digo FG1.246&nbsp;livre\/dispon\u00edvel da&nbsp;Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) para o&nbsp;Gabinete do Reitor.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"color: black\">Art. 3\u00b0&nbsp; Esta Portaria Normativa entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, de acordo com o que prev\u00ea o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2024\/decreto\/D12002.htm\" style=\"color: blue !important;text-decoration: underline !important\" data-elementor-preserved=\"true\">
