Nesse sentido, pedimos aos docentes e\/ou t\u00e9cnico-administrativos que ao iniciar as tratativas relacionadas \u00e0 capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos de \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos, entre em contato inicialmente com a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Planejamento, por meio do endere\u00e7o coproc@ufsm.br, que agendaremos reuni\u00e3o entre a equipe envolvida no projeto em potencial, Coordenadoria de Projetos e Conv\u00eanios (COPROC) e Coordenadoria de Planejamento Econ\u00f4mico (COPLEC), a fim de esclarecer os procedimentos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a abertura de processo de conv\u00eanio ou de contrato, a forma de recebimento de recursos, o fluxo do Termo de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Descentralizada (TED) e demais tratativas necess\u00e1rias para o andamento do projeto no \u00e2mbito da UFSM. Al\u00e9m disso, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es quanto ao relacionamento com funda\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio, assim como com demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os externos. \u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 id=\"elementor-tab-title-6852\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6852\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE VALORES DE BOLSAS NO PA\u00cdS<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6852\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6852\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considerando o que consta na <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-ufsm-n-089-2022\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n. 089\/2022<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Art. 23. As Bolsas e Remunera\u00e7\u00f5es Eventuais no \u00e2mbito dos projetos poder\u00e3o ser concedidas a:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I \u2013 servidores ativos e em efetivo exerc\u00edcio da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e de outras ICTs, que n\u00e3o estejam em afastamento ou no gozo de licen\u00e7a considerada como efetivo exerc\u00edcio por mais de 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias com exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos afastamentos vinculados ao objeto do projeto;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">II \u2013 comunidade externa;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">III \u2013 discentes da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o e de outras ICTs.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 1\u00ba &#8230;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 2\u00ba &#8230;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 3\u00ba O <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">valor m\u00e1ximo mensal de cada bolsa para cada projeto<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> concedida aos participantes ter\u00e1 como base:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">o valor da bolsa de Doutorado paga no pa\u00eds pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico (CNPq)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, somado a 50% (cinquenta por cento) do valor da retribui\u00e7\u00e3o de titula\u00e7\u00e3o em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do vencimento b\u00e1sico do professor Titular do Magist\u00e9rio Superior, <\/span><b>conforme Anexo I<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, para os <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">participantes descritos no incisos I <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">do caput e servidores aposentados da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o e de outras ICTs; e,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">II &#8211; o valor estabelecido na Tabela do <\/span><b>Anexo II <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, aos <\/span><b>participantes descritos no inciso III <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">do caput.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considerando que a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o traz em seu texto a &#8220;indexa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; ao valor <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">da bolsa de Doutorado paga no pa\u00eds pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico (CNPq),\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">no momento da consulta, dever\u00e3o ser considerados os valores reajustados.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assim, considerando a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/portaria-cnpq-n-1.237-de-17-de-fevereiro-de-2023-465632489\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Portaria CNPq n\u00b0 1.237, de 17 de fevereiro de 2023<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que estabelece os valores reajustados das bolsas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e pesquisa e de outros benef\u00edcios no pa\u00eds, os valores m\u00e1ximos previstos no Anexo I da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n. 089 passam a ser calculados usando como<\/span><b> base o valor de R$3.100,00<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (tr\u00eas mil e cem reais), que corresponde ao n\u00edvel de Doutorado. Ainda, os valores m\u00e1ximos previstos no <\/span><b>Anexo II<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n. 089 passam a ser calculados usando como base o valor m\u00e1ximo mensal do n\u00edvel de Doutorado e P\u00f3s-Doutorado j\u00e1 reajustados no Anexo I conforme valores da Portaria mencionada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As altera\u00e7\u00f5es na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores e empregados p\u00fablicos do Poder Executivo Federal, com efeitos financeiros a partir de 01 de maio de 2025, est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/progep\/tabelas-financeiras\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tabelas Financeiras \u2013 PROGEP (ufsm.br)<\/span><\/a><span
