Ele cont\u00e9m uma variedade de&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">compostos que podem ter efeitos ben\u00e9ficos para a sa\u00fade, como a cafe\u00edna , talvez o&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">composto mais conhecido no caf\u00e9. Entretanto, outras subst\u00e2ncias tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o presentes&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">como polifen\u00f3is, dos quais destacamos o \u00e1cido clorog\u00eanico e o \u00e1cido cafeico, que t\u00eam&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">propriedades antioxidantes. Al\u00e9m disso, muito se tem usado a cafe\u00edna para melhorar o desempenho em situa\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0cotidianas como fadiga, cansa\u00e7o e em situa\u00e7\u00f5es que necessitam um bom n\u00edvel de\u00a0concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, racioc\u00ednio e desempenho. Quem nunca tomou um caf\u00e9 ap\u00f3s o almo\u00e7o para\u00a0iniciar a tarde com mais disposi\u00e7\u00e3o? Ou at\u00e9 mesmo antes de uma aula ou de praticar\u00a0alguma atividade f\u00edsica?<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mas, como nem tudo s\u00e3o flores, um excesso de ingest\u00e3o de caf\u00e9 e,\u00a0<\/span>consequentemente, de cafe\u00edna, pode acarretar efeitos t\u00f3xicos ao nosso organismo.\u00a0Recomenda-se consumo di\u00e1rio para uma pessoa adulta de at\u00e9 400 mg de cafe\u00edna por dia, o\u00a0que equivale mais ou menos a cinco x\u00edcaras pequenas de caf\u00e9. No entanto, esta dose pode\u00a0variar dependendo da sensibilidade do indiv\u00edduo e da combina\u00e7\u00e3o com outros fatores como\u00a0peso, uso de medicamentos e idade. N\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendado que crian\u00e7as ingiram mais de\u00a0100mg\/dia.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Um consumo superior \u00e0 dose m\u00e1xima recomendada pode provocar efeitos adversos\u00a0<\/span>indesej\u00e1veis, como tremores, batimentos card\u00edacos acelerados, irritabilidade, ansiedade\u00a0convuls\u00f5es, dores no est\u00f4mago e na cabe\u00e7a, perda de apetite, v\u00f4mito, n\u00e1usea, depress\u00e3o,\u00a0falta de pot\u00eancia e, mais comumente, ins\u00f4nia \u2014 efeito este que faz com que muitos\u00a0estudantes tomem quantidade excessiva de caf\u00e9 para buscar aumentar o foco e a\u00a0concentra\u00e7\u00e3o em suas rotinas de estudos \u2014, o que pode ser extremamente prejudicial a\u00a0sa\u00fade. Ainda, vale ressaltar que o consumo de 5g a 12g por dia de cafeina pode ser letal,\u00a0podendo resultar em problemas cardiovasculares e pulmonares, provocando sintomas como\u00a0convuls\u00f5es e at\u00e9 coma.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;background: white;margin-bottom: 1rem;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Apesar de j\u00e1 haver v\u00e1rias contribui\u00e7\u00f5es afirmando que o caf\u00e9 \u00e9 uma subst\u00e2ncia\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">segura e que possui v\u00e1rios benef\u00edcios especialmente pelos seus constituintes naturais, mais\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">estudos experimentais precisam ser realizados para consolida\u00e7\u00e3o e compreens\u00e3o de como\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: inherit;font-size: inherit !important;line-height: inherit !important\">os efeitos terap\u00eauticos acontecem.
