O principal efeito ben\u00e9fico do chocolate est\u00e1 justamente no cacau, que \u00e9 um fruto rico em fitonutrientes como catequinas, antocianinas e flavonoides. Resumindo: \u00e9 cheio de coisas boas para o organismo, ent\u00e3o quanto maior a porcentagem de cacau no chocolate, melhor! Quanto mais docinho melhor para o paladar e pior para a sa\u00fade (triste n\u00e9?)!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 36.0pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">O chocolate possui mais de 300 subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas que atuam em nosso organismo (sim, tudo isso!). Por isso, sim, o chocolate te deixa feliz!<\/span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;text-indent: 36pt;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 36pt;line-height: normal;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;text-indent: 36pt;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">O gr\u00e3o de cacau \u00e9 uma das fontes mais conhecidas de polifen\u00f3is diet\u00e9ticos, contendo mais antioxidantes do que a maioria dos alimentos. Quando ouvimos que alguma subst\u00e2ncia tem efeito antioxidante, significa que \u00e9 capaz de contribuir para neutralizar os chamados radicais livres que, quando est\u00e3o em excesso no organismo, \u201cenferrujam\u201d nossas c\u00e9lulas. Essa \u201cferrugem\u201d \u00e9 considerada o primeiro passo para desenvolvermos doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas n\u00e3o transmiss\u00edveis como o diabetes, o c\u00e2ncer, etc.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 36pt;line-height: normal;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: #1c1c1c\">Assim, consumir antioxidantes \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m prevenir doen\u00e7as (n\u00e3o esquecendo da pr\u00e1tica atividade f\u00edsica, do sono de qualidade e de fugir do estresse). Os antioxidantes encontrados no cacau tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam efeitos anti-inflamat\u00f3rios, melhorando o fluxo sangu\u00edneo e diminuindo o risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 36pt;line-height: normal;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: #1c1c1c\">Al\u00e9m disso, o chocolate em geral cont\u00e9m teobromina, que \u00e9 uma &#8220;parente pr\u00f3xima&#8221; da cafe\u00edna e, assim, pode ter um potencial efeito viciante (o que chamamos da constante frase que falamos de \u201cai que vontade de comer um docinho depois do almo\u00e7o\u201d). Por isso, sempre devemos consumir com modera\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas, por possuir a teobromina, o chocolate tem um grande efeito sobre o nosso Sistema Nervoso Central, sendo considerado um psicoestimulante que nos ajuda a ficar mais atentos e acordados. Ou seja, \u00e9 muito \u00fatil comer um chocolatinho quando vamos estudar!<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 36pt;line-height: normal;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: #1c1c1c\">Assim, o cacau e o chocolate atuam como alimentos funcionais, pois ambos carregam uma s\u00e9rie de subst\u00e2ncias que contribuem para efeitos ben\u00e9ficos \u00e0 sa\u00fade.
