Pode ser encontrada em forma de suplemento alimentar, como creatina monoidratada, a dose recomendada \u00e9 bastante controversa na literatura cient\u00edfica, mas em geral os estudos recomendam a ingest\u00e3o de 3g a 5g por dia dilu\u00eddo em \u00e1gua ou suco, ou at\u00e9 mesmo em c\u00e1psulas. A creatina \u00e9 muito conhecida no mundo dos atletas, por seus efeitos que agregam no desempenho f\u00edsico, mas al\u00e9m disso, a creatina \u00e9 essencial e tem diversos benef\u00edcios terap\u00eauticos a todas as pessoas, n\u00e3o apenas para as que praticam alguma atividade f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 47.2px\">\u00a0 \u00a0 A creatina tem a capacidade de aumentar o desempenho f\u00edsico de 10% a 20% para os atletas. Ela aumenta a capacidade energ\u00e9tica anaer\u00f3bica, diminui a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas, levando ao aumento da massa muscular com mais facilidade, al\u00e9m de desempenhar um papel na preven\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o da gravidade das les\u00f5es, melhorando a reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o e ajudando os atletas a tolerar cargas pesadas de treinamento. Foram comparados tr\u00eas grupos: um usando creatina antes do treinamento, outro usando creatina depois e um terceiro grupo de controle (sem ingest\u00e3o de creatina, apenas placebo). Os resultados demonstraram que o grupo que utilizou creatina ap\u00f3s o treinamento apresentou um ganho significativo de massa magra (3,0 kg) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o grupo de controle (0,5 kg). Al\u00e9m disso, ambos os grupos de creatina (antes e depois do treinamento) aumentaram consideravelmente a for\u00e7a muscular em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o grupo de controle. Isso sugere que a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o de creatina, independentemente do momento da ingest\u00e3o, \u00e9 eficaz para melhorar a for\u00e7a muscular em adultos\/idosos envolvidos em treinamento de resist\u00eancia, proporcionando benef\u00edcios significativos para essa faixa et\u00e1ria.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;line-height: 115%\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Quando se trata da suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o de creatina em crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, as pesquisas s\u00e3o limitadas, mas n\u00e3o h\u00e1 contraindica\u00e7\u00f5es conhecidas at\u00e9 o momento. No entanto, \u00e9 fundamental buscar orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00e9dico ou nutricionista antes de considerar o uso em jovens.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;line-height: 115%\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Outro fator muito interessante \u00e9 a rela\u00e7\u00e3o do uso di\u00e1rio da creatina com a diabetes. Alguns estudos apontam que a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o com creatina para quem est\u00e1 iniciando algum programa de exerc\u00edcios e tem diabetes, pode aumentar a capta\u00e7\u00e3o da glicose pelas c\u00e9lulas musculares, diminuindo o n\u00edvel de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue e melhorando o controle glic\u00eamico. Al\u00e9m disso, pode melhorar a sensibilidade a insulina, o que para as pessoas com diabetes do tipo 2, \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima maneira de apoio para controlar a glicose de maneira saud\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;line-height: 115%\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">No caso de gravidez, a ci\u00eancia sugere que a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o da creatina pode melhorar o desenvolvimento neural e at\u00e9 mesmo melhorar as fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do beb\u00ea, al\u00e9m de prevenir eventuais complica\u00e7\u00f5es resultantes de hip\u00f3xia no nascimento. No entanto, para casos de suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o deve-se ter muito cuidado, pois cada gesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 diferente e um profissional da sa\u00fade habilitado deve ser consultado.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;line-height: 115%\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Em resumo, suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o da creatina tem diversos pontos positivos para a sa\u00fade de modo geral, desde prevenir doen\u00e7as ou ser um adjuvante no tratamento delas. Ela \u00e9 famosa entre os atletas por seus benef\u00edcios no desempenho f\u00edsico, mas seus impactos v\u00e3o muito al\u00e9m da academia. No entanto, \u00e9 fundamental lembrar que independente do objetivo, sempre \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel consultar um profissional de sa\u00fade antes de iniciar qualquer suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o, pois cada pessoa \u00e9 \u00fanica e pode ter necessidades espec\u00edficas.
