Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto tem o prop\u00f3sito de promover a intera\u00e7\u00e3o dial\u00f3gica, interdisciplinaridade e forma\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3, para incentivar o empoderamento e protagonismo das meninas e mulheres na ci\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A primeira temporada do GuriasTec Podcast teve formato de roda de conversa e contou com a presen\u00e7a de egressas da UFSM das \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, e integrantes do GuriasTec, com apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da bolsista de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica do projeto e radialista, Luciana Mendes.
