{"id":4820,"date":"2014-05-30T16:55:04","date_gmt":"2014-05-30T16:55:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/200.18.32.166\/ppbioma\/?p=4820"},"modified":"2014-05-30T16:55:04","modified_gmt":"2014-05-30T16:55:04","slug":"oficina-sobre-documentacao-gerenciamento-e-disponibilizacao-de-dados-ecologicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/projetos\/pesquisa\/ppbio\/2014\/05\/30\/oficina-sobre-documentacao-gerenciamento-e-disponibilizacao-de-dados-ecologicos","title":{"rendered":"Oficina sobre documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, gerenciamento e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Ecol\u00f3gicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Programa de Pesquisa em Biodiversidade (PPBio) da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica (PPBioMA), juntamente com o PPBio Amaz\u00f4nia e o\u00a0Centro de Estudos Integrados da Biodiversidade Amaz\u00f4nica (CENBAM), promoveram nos dias 29 e 30 de Maio de 2014, a &#8220;Oficina sobre documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, gerenciamento e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Ecol\u00f3gicos&#8221;, que ocorreu no Depto. de Ci\u00eancias Biol\u00f3gicas da UFPR, em Curitiba | PR.<\/p>\n<p>O curso contou com 15 participantes, dentre eles 3 alunos de mestrado, 5 de doutorado, 1 bolsistas PPBio, o Coordenador da Rede Campos Sulinos, dentre outros participantes vinculados a institui\u00e7\u00f5es e projetos afins.<\/p>\n<p>O treinamento foi ministrado por L\u00edvia Naman (Bolsista-PPBio). A oficina teve como objetivo principal orientar os participantes sobre a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos modelos e softwares de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenamento e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados utilizados pelos reposit\u00f3rios de dados online do PPBio\/PELD. O treinamento abordou de forma detalhada como \u00e9 o processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de metadados, tabelas, relacionamento de tabelas, dentre outros assuntos relativos \u00e0 documenta\u00e7\u00e3o
