Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social da UFSM com o objetivo de divulgar legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 tem\u00e1tica da maternidade\/paternidade na institui\u00e7\u00e3o. O(a) aluno(a) dever\u00e1 manter contato com os(as) professores(as) das disciplinas, para o desenvolvimento de atividades acad\u00eamicas substitutivas, e\/ou Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Curso, caso necess\u00e1rio. Nos casos de concess\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcios de atividades domiciliares, em que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade impossibilite a presen\u00e7a nas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es parciais, estar\u00e1 assegurado ao(\u00e0) aluno(a) o direito \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o final em data acordada com ao departamento did\u00e1tico\/de ensino, de acordo com o previsto para a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cIncompleto\u201d. Os documentos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 abertura do processo administrativo de exerc\u00edcios de atividades domiciliares s\u00e3o os seguintes: \u2022 Requerimento dirigido \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do curso, solicitando o regime de exerc\u00edcios domiciliares; \u2022 Atestado m\u00e9dico original ou que confira com o original, contendo o c\u00f3digo da doen\u00e7a conforme a Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Estat\u00edstica internacional de Doen\u00e7as e Problemas Relacionados \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (CID), o n\u00famero de dias de afastamento, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do(a) m\u00e9dico(a) com CREMERS (assinatura e carimbo) e data de emiss\u00e3o. \u2022 Ap\u00f3s a abertura do processo administrativo via PEN-SIE, o mesmo ser\u00e1 encaminhado \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do curso. Por sua vez, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhar\u00e1 o processo administrativo ao Servi\u00e7o de Per\u00edcia da Coordenadoria de A\u00e7\u00f5es Educacionais &#8211; CAED, para a emiss\u00e3o de parecer, ficando a crit\u00e9rio da per\u00edcia m\u00e9dica a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o do(a) aluno(a) para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o presencial. Em seguida, o processo dever\u00e1 retornar \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o para ci\u00eancia. Em caso de deferimento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de curso dever\u00e1 informar a decis\u00e3o aos departamentos did\u00e1ticos e ao(\u00e0) aluno(a). Servi\u00e7o de Per\u00edcia Oficial em Sa\u00fade, n\u00e3o sendo necess\u00e1rio agendamento pr\u00e9vio, ou, no caso de servidoras que n\u00e3o residem em Santa Maria, encaminhado por e-mail \u00e0
