Description

The Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM)/Laboratory of Pesticide Residue Analysis (LARP) will organize the 1st Latin American Pesticide Residue Workshop (LAPRW), generating an open forum for discussion and exchange of information, experiences and strategies in the important field of pesticides in food and environmental samples. The objective of this workshop is to bring together analysts, pesticide regulators and other scientists from food and environment control agencies, research institutes, universities, private laboratories, the food industry, regulatory bodies, the agrochemical industry and analytical equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

  • For the abstract’s registration it is obligatory the participant’s registration in the event up to March 31 2007.
  • Abstracts are only accepted if accompanied with simultaneous registration, not later than March 31, 2007.
  • Each participant registered in the event can submit up to 2 abstracts.
  • All accepted abstracts will be presented in the poster format.

Abstracts must not exceed one page and must be submitted on-line using the archive available on this home page. Double-spacing between items: title, author(s), institute(s), text.

Title: bold capital and lower cases letters, font Arial 11, alignment justified, maximum 3 lines.

Author(s): names centered, side-by-side, font Arial 9, italic. Identify by first name, middle initial(s) and last name; each author should be identified by a superscript number to follow indicating his/her institute.
