Estiveram presentes alunos e professores do Centro, al\u00e9m da professora Sonia Cechin e do professor Jo\u00e3o Batista Teixeira da Rocha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">O evento come\u00e7ou por volta das 9h30min, com a professora Sonia Cechin, diretora do CCNE, dando as boas vindas aos calouros apresentando a estrutura organizacional do Centro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Em seguida, Jo\u00e3o Batista Teixeira Rocha, p\u00f3s-doutor em Ci\u00eancias Biol\u00f3gicas (Bioqu\u00edmica), professor do CCNE e membro da Academia Brasileira de Ci\u00eancias, ministrou a palestra sobre \u2018os desafios do ensino de ci\u00eancias no Brasil\u2019 pondo em evid\u00eancia os problemas do ensino como a metodologia, a forma de estudar, a forma de aprovar, e principalmente o ensino de professores. Atrav\u00e9s de pesquisas, ressaltou dados sobre a defici\u00eancia em leitura e interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o, a efici\u00eancia de alguns projetos e alguns incentivos por parte do governo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">A veterana de ci\u00eancias biol\u00f3gicas, Thaynara Cruz, destaca a import\u00e2ncia deste evento para os calouros: \u201cacho importante para os \u201cbixos\u201d se situarem na institui\u00e7\u00e3o, pois n\u00e3o est\u00e3o mais no ensino m\u00e9dio, e verem o que querem para suas vidas.
