The I International Webinar Series – Talking about Bioactive Compounds<\/em><\/strong> will be aimed at discussing the analysis of carotenoids and phenolic compounds in food samples from a practical approach.<\/p>\n

The target audience is researchers, graduate and undergraduate students who are working on the analysis of carotenoids or phenolic compounds.<\/p>\n

The Webinar Series is held by the Federal University of Santa Maria in a joint promotion with Brazilian Post-Graduate Programs in the area of \u200b\u200bFood Science and Technology (UFSM, UFRGS, UFPA) along with research institutions from Spain (Instituto de La Grasa and University of Granada).<\/p>\n

The webinar will be given in Spanish or Portuguese and will last between 60 and 90 min. They will start with a keynote speech followed by a round table with invited panelists. The event is free and will be broadcast via YouTube<\/a><\/strong>. Listeners will be able to pose questions that will be directed to the webinar participants. Sign up to receive notifications about events.<\/p>\n

Participation certificates will be issued to those registered.<\/p>\n
