Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o participam, atrav\u00e9s de seus representantes, al\u00e9m da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, a Universidade Federal de Pelotas, Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Universidade Federal de Ci\u00eancias da Sa\u00fade de Porto Alegre.<\/p>\n<p>O p\u00fablico-alvo s\u00e3o alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, docentes e profissionais liberais. Em todas as edi\u00e7\u00f5es do evento, por sua natureza multidisciplinar, foi poss\u00edvel agregar profissionais das mais diversas \u00e1reas, como: antrop\u00f3logos, soci\u00f3logos, educadores, comunicadores e todos os profissionais interessados com a quest\u00e3o da Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar.<\/p>\n<p>Como \u00e9 tradi\u00e7\u00e3o do SSA, as edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, realizadas em 2004 (Gramado-RS), 2008 (Bento Gon\u00e7alves-RS), 2010 (Florian\u00f3polis-SC), 2012 (Gramado-RS), 2015 (Bento Gon\u00e7alves-RS), 2018 (Gramado-RS), 2021 (Evento Virtual) sempre buscaram trazer tem\u00e1ticas contempor\u00e2neas, reunindo cerca de 450 participantes em cada uma das \u00faltimas edi\u00e7\u00f5es, de todos os estados do Brasil, e gerando igual ou maior n\u00famero de trabalhos cient\u00edficos apresentados, alguns deles publicados em revistas da \u00e1rea, de renome internacional, por iniciativa do evento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Nesta oitava edi\u00e7\u00e3o do SSA ser\u00e1 debatida a tem\u00e1tica \u201cSistemas Alimentares e Alimentos Seguros\u201d dentro da \u00e1rea de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar. O objetivo \u00e9 promover o debate com papel crucial na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, processamento, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e consumo de alimentos seguros.
