Os geoparques t\u00eam importante papel no desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico do territ\u00f3rio, e o turismo \u00e9 uma alternativa de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda para a comunidade, com base no trip\u00e9 conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.
