A obra foi planejada e executada pelo artista L\u00facio de S\u00e1 Menezes com a tem\u00e1tica de combate a todo tipo de ditadura. O evento \u00e9 presencial e aberto ao p\u00fablico, tamb\u00e9m em alus\u00e3o aos 52 anos do CCSH comemorados em junho de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>O Projeto Painel Art\u00edstico do CCSH surgiu em 2017 com o objetivo de gerar discuss\u00f5es sobre tem\u00e1ticas atuais relativas \u00e0s \u00e1reas das ci\u00eancias sociais e humanas, tendo como instrumento a obra de arte, em formato painel, com fun\u00e7\u00e3o social.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro painel foi inaugurado em 8 de mar\u00e7o de 2018.
