Com o objetivo de refletir sobre esse cen\u00e1rio e promover espa\u00e7os de di\u00e1logo e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 realizado o LideraCom: pontes de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, no dia 14 de outubro, \u00e0s 14h, no Villa Food Park, em Camobi, Santa Maria (RS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O evento \u00e9 uma iniciativa da estudante Est\u00e9fani Bianca Dumke, do Curso de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), como parte de seu projeto experimental de conclus\u00e3o de curso, sob orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da professora Fernanda Sagrilo Andres, do Departamento de Ci\u00eancias da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. A proposta busca aproximar a universidade do mercado de trabalho, fortalecendo redes de mulheres na Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e estimulando o protagonismo feminino no setor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Destinado \u00e0 acad\u00eamicas e profissionais das \u00e1reas de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas, Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Editorial e Marketing, o LideraCom tem como prop\u00f3sito fomentar discuss\u00f5es sobre equidade de g\u00eanero e lideran\u00e7a, al\u00e9m de valorizar experi\u00eancias inspiradoras de mulheres atuantes no campo comunicacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Programa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O evento ser\u00e1 desenvolvido no formato de talk show, reunindo profissionais que compartilhar\u00e3o suas trajet\u00f3rias, desafios e perspectivas sobre lideran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participam como convidadas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fernanda Laureano, Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas, empreendedora, especialista em eventos e fundadora da Laureano Assessoria de Eventos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fabrise Muller, Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas, doutora em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e fundadora da Breeze Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gabriela Littke, publicit\u00e1ria e fundadora da Movicom Ag\u00eancia de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A media\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 conduzida por Stephanie Bonilla, Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o inclui recep\u00e7\u00e3o e abertura, seguidas pelo talk show e um momento de intera\u00e7\u00e3o com o p\u00fablico. O encerramento contar\u00e1 com um happy hour, refor\u00e7ando o car\u00e1ter de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e troca de experi\u00eancias entre as participantes.
