Ele foi o mentor do <strong>prot\u00f3tipo da casa sustent\u00e1vel<\/strong>, desenvolvida no <em>Projeto Casa Popular Eficiente<\/em>. O professor \u00e9 Engenheiro Civil formado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, no ano de 1992.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Ele contou todo o processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o desse projeto, que iniciou quando ainda era docente na ULBRA Santa Maria. Ap\u00f3s transferir-se para a UFSM, sentiu a necessidade de dar continuidade \u00e0 sua pesquisa. Ent\u00e3o, no ano de 2011, essa pesquisa evoluiu nas fases de projeto, e, no ano seguinte, teve in\u00edcio a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do prot\u00f3tipo da casa popular eficiente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Cambria, serif;\">A casa possui tijolos de solo cimento, telhas tetra-pack, pain\u00e9is OSB, piso de PVC reciclado, esquadrias de madeira feitas com \u201ceucalyptus granais\u201d, impermeabilizantes e tintas ecol\u00f3gicas.
