Pelo levantamento foi poss\u00edvel obter dados de 36 esta\u00e7\u00f5es que est\u00e3o distribu\u00eddas em munic\u00edpios que abrangem todo o territ\u00f3rio do Rio Grande do Sul. Essas esta\u00e7\u00f5es comp\u00f5em as tr\u00eas principais Bacias Hidrogr\u00e1ficas do Estado, quais sejam, a Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica do Rio Uruguai (16 esta\u00e7\u00f5es), Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica do Gua\u00edba (14 esta\u00e7\u00f5es) e a Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica Litor\u00e2nea (6 esta\u00e7\u00f5es). A normal climatol\u00f3gica utilizada foi a do per\u00edodo 1991 \u2013 2020. Para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do boletim a n\u00edvel estadual, realizou-se a m\u00e9dia das normais para cada uma das tr\u00eas Bacias Hidrogr\u00e1ficas do Estado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica do Rio Uruguai as maiores precipita\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram nos munic\u00edpios de Frederico Westphalen e Tupanciret\u00e3 que registraram 569 e 52 mm, respectivamente. A menor precipita\u00e7\u00e3o foi de 53,2 mm com m\u00e9dia geral de 321,4 mm para os 20 dias do levantamento (Figura 1). A regi\u00e3o de abrang\u00eancia da Bacia registrou em m\u00e9dia, precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de 311,8 mm que variou de 236,6 a 448,6 mm (Figura 3). A varia\u00e7\u00e3o do volume de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o durante o per\u00edodo de 20 dias analisados nessa regi\u00e3o, foi de 836,4mm a 401,4 mm. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de 836,4 mm foi registrada na esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Bento Gon\u00e7alves que fica pr\u00f3xima aos munic\u00edpios de Mu\u00e7um, Encantado e Roca Sales, que juntos somam grandes preju\u00edzos humanos, ambientais e materiais nos eventos sucessivos de enxurradas e inunda\u00e7\u00f5es. Todas as regi\u00f5es apresentaram grandes volumes de chuva conforme demonstrado nas figuras acima.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9dbbe78 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9dbbe78\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-83d6f7f\" data-id=\"83d6f7f\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2afa3ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"2afa3ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"426\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/377\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-tela-2024-05-31-111120.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-11571\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/377\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-tela-2024-05-31-111120.jpg 426w, https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/377\/2024\/05\/Captura-de-tela-2024-05-31-111120-300x289.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 426px) 100vw, 426px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-98af817 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"98af817\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0e33098\" data-id=\"0e33098\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b97191 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b97191\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ainda que todas as bacias tenham superado a sua normal climatol\u00f3gica no per\u00edodo considerado, foi poss\u00edvel observar um volume muito significativo de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o na Bacia do Gua\u00edba em praticamente todas as suas sub-bacias, que culminou com os maiores volumes registrados na hist\u00f3ria do Rio Grande do Sul, alagamentos de bairros e munic\u00edpios inteiros no delta do Rio Jacu\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A magnitude e a abrang\u00eancia dos eventos de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o no tempo e a geologia e relevo das bacias atingidas foram fundamentais para a ocorr\u00eancia de centenas de escorregamentos de massa e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de altas vaz\u00f5es nas calhas do Rio Jacu\u00ed, Rio das Antas, Rio Ca\u00ed, Gravata\u00ed e Rio Taquari, desde as pequenas bacias no limite mais a oeste da bacia do Gua\u00edba, pr\u00f3ximo ao munic\u00edpio de Santa Maria, culminando com as cotas hidrol\u00f3gicas hist\u00f3ricas do Rio Gua\u00edba, superando a cheia hist\u00f3rica de 1941, quando se iniciaram as medi\u00e7\u00f5es.
