S\u00e3o 18 acad\u00eamicos entre a UFSM\/FW e UFSM\/PM que participam da 5\u00aa Turma do Mestrado Profissional em Gest\u00e3o de Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas (PPGOP) no Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o (PPGA), sendo esta a 1\u00aa turma fora de sede da UFSM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #666666; font-size: medium;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> O Mestrado Profissional tem como objetivo geral \u201ccapacitar e qualificar os profissionais da \u00e1rea p\u00fablica para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de aprimoramento e de inova\u00e7\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o de sistemas, processos, procedimentos e pr\u00e1ticas cotidianas das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas.\u201d Desse modo, os t\u00e9cnico-administrativos est\u00e3o aprimorando seus conhecimentos e desenvolvendo propostas para melhorias dos setores em prol do desenvolvimento institucional e da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #666666; font-size: medium;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #666666; font-size: medium;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #666666; font-size: medium;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"font-size: medium;\"> A 5\u00aa turma do PPGOP iniciou suas aulas em agosto de 2014 e no dia 24 de fevereiro de 2016 foi realizada a primeira defesa de disserta\u00e7\u00e3o, intitulada como \u201cProposta para a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da assist\u00eancia estudantil dos campus fora de sede da UFSM\u201d, pela assistente social da UFSM campus Frederico Westphalen, Graciela L\u00f3 Nunes e seu orientador Gilnei Luiz de Moura.
