O objetivo principal foi de avaliar os docentes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o suas capacidades de iniciativa, de planejamento, de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, avaliar seus estilos de lideran\u00e7a, capacidade de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes (grupos de trabalho). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\">Al\u00e9m do exposto a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento possibilitou uma maior aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o com a comunidade externa da UFSM, em especial com os familiares dos alunos, tendo em vista conhecer as estrutura do Campus de FW al\u00e9m de participar das atividades acad\u00eamicas com os alunos do Curso de Engenharia Ambiental e Sanit\u00e1ria.
