In this event Wallace Ascef the Ingeteam Technical Director, lectured about some very pertinent power electronics applications developed by their company, such as:
- Photovoltaic Inverters;
- Eolic Inverters;
- FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) technologies, focused on transmission lines power flow control and STATCOM.
Objectives:
- Bring to UFSM students and professors important information about power electronics applications in electrical power systems by a company specialized on those technologies;
- Provide an interaction between students and professors with some new technologies on the market directly by the technical director of a big company of the subject.
