The conversation circle between Germany and Brazilian girls was held on September, 6th, 2019, at the Campus of University of Santa Maria(UFSM).  The IEEE WIE UFSM Affinity Group girls welcomed some students from Ostfalia, Germany. The event consisted of a cultural and experiences exchange about the different realities. One of the topics of the conversation was the differences and similarities between the prejudice in Germany and in Brazil.

In the end, a tasting of Brazilian sweets was made.

Objectives:

– Cultural exchange between different women from different countries and realities.

– Awareness about the difficulties found and the prejudice that all women must face in engineering and science.
