<p>Crie também o arquivo kmp_cluster.ini, contendo a seguinte linha:</p>
<p>–process_threads=2 –processes=2 –hostfile=mpd.hosts –launch=ssh –sharable_heap=100M</p>
<p>(as variáveis podem ser ajustadas).</p>
<p>Coloque os arquivos mpd.hosts e kmp_cluster.ini na mesma pasta onde está o programa. Em seguida, acesse o nodo que está no cabeçalho do arquivo mpd.hosts e rode o programa com:</p>

<p><em>How do I disable the feature that reinstalls compute nodes after a hard reboot?</em></p>
<p>When compute nodes experience a hard reboot (e.g., when the compute node is reset by pushing the power button or after a power failure), they will reformat the root file system and reinstall their base operating environment.</p>
<p>To disable this feature:</p>
<p>Login to the frontend</p>
<p>Create a file that will override the default:</p>
<p># cd /export/rocks/install</p>
<p># cp rocks-dist/arch/build/nodes/auto-kickstart.xml \</p>
<p>site-profiles/6.1.1/nodes/replace-auto-kickstart.xml</p>
<p>Where arch is "i386" or "x86_64".</p>
<p>Edit the file site-profiles/6.1.1/nodes/replace-auto-kickstart.xml</p>
<p>Remove the line:</p>
<p>&lt;package&gt;rocks-boot-auto&lt;package&gt;</p>
<p>Rebuild the distribution:</p>
<p># cd /export/rocks/install</p>
<p># rocks create distro</p>
<p>Reinstall all your compute nodes</p>
<p>Note</p>
<p>An alternative to reinstalling all your compute nodes is to login to each compute node and execute:</p>
<p># /etc/rc.d/init.d/rocks-grub stop</p>
<p># /sbin/chkconfig --del rocks-grub</p>
<p><em>Instalar freenx server:</em></p>
<p>Currently there is a version of NX and FreeNX in the CentOS Extras repository for both CentOS 5 and CentOS 6.</p>
<p>nano /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo</p>
<p>To install the stable version of NX / FreeNX, issue this command from the server:</p>
<p>[root@server ~]# yum install nx freenx</p>
<p>Admin – Config. Para desligar remoto:</p>
<p>chmod a+s /sbin/shutdown</p>
<p>ethtool eth0</p>
<p>ethtool -s eth0 wol g</p>
<p>echo '/usr/sbin/ethtool -s eth0 wol g' &gt;&gt; /etc/rc.d/rc.local</p>

<p>O professor Dr. Jonas Maziero, do Departamento de Física da UFSM, foi um dos três vencedores do Grande Prêmio Capes de Tese de Doutorado de 2013. O resultado da premiação foi divulgado pelo ministro da Educação, Aloízio Mercadante, durante a cerimônia de entrega do Prêmio Capes de Tese de Doutorado de 2013, realizada no dia 13 de dezembro, em Brasília.</p>
<p>Nesta edição do Prêmio Capes de Tese de Doutorado foram selecionadas 48 teses vencedoras, dentre as 645 teses submetidas ao prêmio. O Grande Prêmio Capes de Tese de Doutorado é outorgado para a melhor tese de doutorado selecionada em cada um dos três grupos de grandes áreas do conhecimento do CNPq.</p>
<p>A tese de Maziero, intitulada “Quantificação, Dinâmica, Testemunho e Aplicações da Discórdia Quântica”, foi realizada junto ao Programa da Pós-Graduação em Física da Universidade Federal do ABC, sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Roberto M. Serra e com a colaboração de vários grupos, experimentais e teóricos, nacionais e internacionais. O trabalho resultou em 14 artigos científicos que possuem mais de 800 citações no Google Escolar. Isso confirma a relevância do trabalho para esta ampla área de pesquisa, que é a Ciência da Informação Quântica, e atesta a qualidade do corpo docente da UFSM.</p>
<p>Maziero é professor do departamento de Física desde outubro de 2013 e pesquisador do Grupo de Teoria da Matéria Condensada da UFSM.</p>
